The cost of shipping the products is finalized once the order has been completed and before payment is taken. The shipping costs vary according to the number and volume of selected items and the country of destination. Customs duty is always paid by the customer.
During certain periods ANDRÉS SENDRA may carry out promotions in its social networks or on the internet in which the shipping costs are free. However, these promotions do not include the costs of returns or exchanges, which will be charged to the customer.

All the ANDRÉS SENDRA products are sent within 60 days. In exceptional cases where more time may be required we will contact the purchaser to inform them.
ANDRÉS SENDRA delivers the packaged product to the address given by the customer on the online order form. In order to optimize the delivery arrangements, we ask customers to give an address where the delivery can be made during normal working hours. Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. boxes and we cannot take responsibility for deliveries in cases where a P.O. box has been given as the address of the destination.
Once the product has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is as follows:
- Spain and Europe: 3/5 working days
- All other destinations: 7/10 working days
Once the order leaves our factory an e-mail will be sent containing the transport information so that you can track the status of your delivery.

Returns and exchanges
As soon as you receive your order, if you have a problem with the sizing or some other cause for dissatisfaction, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to return the product.
- The product must be unused and unworn.
- The product must be returned in the same conditions it arrived in and with the original packaging (ANDRÉS SENDRA box + ANDRÉS SENDRA cloth bags + shoehorn). If a purchase has been made through a promotion that includes a free gift, this should be returned together with the purchase. If the original box is not in good condition, a suitable box of a similar size and shape should be used to transport the merchandise.
- All returns should be sent to our Central Office within 30 days of the original purchase.
- The purchaser will not be reimbursed for the initial costs of the shipping under any circumstances.
- If you wish to return a product you should contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
When we receive the items in our warehouse we check that they have been returned in good condition and we then proceed to refund the purchase price.
The refund of the full amount is made to the same credit card that was used to pay for the purchase or the specified bank account, depending on the method of payment originally used.
The direct cost of returning the products is covered by the customer, except in the case of a manufacturing defect, in which case ANDRÉS SENDRA will assume the shipping costs for the return. The maximum cost of return assumed by ANDRÉS SENDRA is the equivalent to the shipping costs according to our tariffs.
We do not accept deliveries carriage forward.
If the return is chargeable to ANDRÉS SENDRA (i.e. the product is defective or it is not what was ordered) we will pay the costs of the return within 10 working days at the same time as the money is refunded. However, if the product is returned for a different reason (i.e. the product fits correctly but is not to your liking), the cost of the shipping and the return will be charged to the customer and excluded from the cost of the merchandise.
In the case of exchanges, the purchaser is responsible for all the shipping costs related to the transaction. Once we have received the returned item/s, we will send out the new model/size, bearing in mind that the customer will have to wait a further 60 days as this is the time needed to make the new model chosen by the customer.
ANDRÉS SENDRA will only accept cancellations of orders during the first 7 days from the point of purchase. The exception to this rule is special orders, which cannot be cancelled. To cancel an order you should send an e-mail to email@example.com and our team will process the refund as soon as possible.
We have tried hard to illustrate our products on the internet with images that are as true to life as possible, both in terms of colour and finish. However, the products may still appear in different tones depending on the screen or monitor used to access our online shop.
