The procedure for contracting the service is carried out completely electronically through the website http://andres-sendra.com/ having the same validity as the signature on the face of it.

These general conditions of sale detailed below are the only ones applicable and replace any other condition or previous agreement, unless the parties expressly agree in writing to another type of agreement and this cancels or modifies these general conditions of sale.

The language used in the whole contracting procedure will be Spanish and will be the language that governs the relations between the parties, the display of information in any other language will be considered to be conditional on the former, in the event of discrepancy the Spanish version will take precedence over any other translation or adaptation.

All you have to do is register as a client, enter the section of the online shop you are interested in, view the item you want and add it to your shopping basket. Repeat this process as many times as you wish to buy. At the end of the shopping process you will see the payment options. Choose the one that suits you best and confirm your subscription. Our customer service hours are from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 14:00. In the future, when we talk about deadlines in working days, these are counted from Monday to Friday.

Once the order has been placed, you will receive it at the address indicated within 24-48 hours, unless you place your order on a public holiday or weekend, in which case the period will start to run from the first working day.

PRICES

Subscription prices are shown in euros (VAT included).

Transport costs are not included.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery at the address indicated by the customer (in accordance with the provisions of Articles 68 and following of Royal Decree 1/2007 - according to the wording given by Law 3/2014 -) to inform us that you exercise this right.

The exercise of this right will be made without any penalty and without the need to indicate the reasons, although the customer must bear the direct cost of returning the order to ALBACETE INDUSTRIAL, SA.

To formalize the right of withdrawal, you must contact ALBACETE INDUSTRIAL, SA, at the address sales@andres-sendra.com , sending the withdrawal form that accompanies (Download) to these Terms and Conditions as ANNEX 1 or by sending a reliable communication instead. Once this communication has been received, ALBACETE INDUSTRIAL, SA. will indicate how the order will be sent to your facilities, which must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and -if applicable-, documentation and original accessories that came with it. The cost of the return will be assumed by the customer and must take place within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which the customer has informed ALBACETE INDUSTRIAL, SA. of its decision to exercise the withdrawal.

The refund of amounts paid will be carried out as soon as possible and, in any case, within fourteen (14) calendar days following the date on which the customer has informed of his decision to withdraw by means of a refund on the credit or debit card used to make the purchase.

SAFEGUARD CLAUSE

All the clauses or points of the present contract must be interpreted independently and autonomously, the rest of the stipulations not being affected in case one of them has been declared VOID by a final judicial sentence. The contracting parties agree to replace the affected clause or clauses with another or others that preserve the effects sought by the parties.

RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

ALBACETE INDUSTRIAL, SA. is not responsible for the non-execution of these conditions in case of force majeure, as defined by the Spanish courts and in case of failure of the client or an unforeseeable event by a person outside the contract.

For any divergence originated by the non-fulfilment of the conditions of purchase and sale, both parties will expressly submit to the courts of Almansa, except for what is established in the consumer regulations, renouncing theirs if it were another one.

ALBACETE INDUSTRIAL, SA. is not responsible for the consequences that could result from the improper use of the products sold on its website.
