Refund policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

When you receive your order, if you have a problem with your size or are not satisfied, you have 15 days from the date of receipt to return the product.

In the case of the skates being a fully customized product no changes or returns will be accepted.

The product must be unused and unreleased.

The product must be returned in the same conditions in which it was received and with the original packaging (ANDRÉS SENDRA's box + ANDRÉS SENDRA's fabric bags + shoe-removal). In the case that a purchase is made under a promotion or gift, this must be returned along with the purchase made. If the original box is not in condition, a box will be found to transport the merchandise in the most similar size and dimensions as possible.

All returns will be made to our Head Office within 30 days of the original purchase.

The costs of the initial shipment will not be returned to the buyer under any circumstances.

When you wish to return a product you must contact sales@andres-sendra.com.

When we receive the items in our warehouse we will check that they have been returned in good condition, and will proceed to refund the amount you paid for them.

The refund will be made to the same credit card that was used to make the purchase or the bank account specified by the buyer depending on the method of payment that was used.

The direct cost of returning the products will be paid by the client, except for a manufacturing defect, in which case ANDRÉS SENDRA will assume the transport costs of the return. The maximum cost of return that will be assumed by ANDRÉS SENDRA is the equivalent to the cost of the shipment according to our rates.

We do not accept return shipments.

If the return is attributable to ANDRÉS SENDRA (the product is defective or is not the one ordered) at the same time that the money is refunded the return costs incurred will be paid within a maximum of 10 working days. However, if the reason is different (the products were served correctly but are not to your liking), the cost of shipping and return will be paid by the customer, deducting them from the cost of the goods.

In case of exchange, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the management. Once we have received the returned item(s), we will send the new model/size. The customer will have to wait another 60 days as this is the time needed to manufacture the new model chosen by the customer.

CANCELLATIONS

ANDRÉS SENDRA will accept cancellations on orders only during the first 7 days from the moment of purchase. Except for special orders that cannot be cancelled. To cancel an order you must send an email to sales@andres-sendra.com and our team will process the return in the shortest time possible.

We have made a great effort to represent our products on the web with images that are as accurate as possible, both in terms of colours and finishes, but this does not prevent them from being perceived in different tones according to the monitors or screens through which they access our online shop.
